The show management of each show is responsible for getting their show bills to the Bits & Spurs president, to be posted on this website, no later than one month before their show is scheduled. Show managers are required to include all Bits and Spurs sanctioned classes in their show. Any other classes included in the show are optional and can be added at the discretion of the show management. Their show bills should include the show schedule, the date & starting time of the show, the place where it will be held, the price of the classes, & the name of the person to contact, including a phone #. All shows should keep the basic order of classes and consistent starting times to make it less confusing for participants. Pattern books are not a requirement, but are encouraged and would be appreciated by all envolved. A $1.00 to $2.00 charge for these pattern books is customary. Show management is required to have all placings to the B & S secretary and all monies ($1.00 per entry, every sanctioned class) to the B & S treasurer within one week after their show.
